What is apple pie ice-cream?
All of us have either tried or heard about apple pie or apple waffles sided with ice-cream. However, this is something else, that not only treats your taste buds at best but also gives you a blast of flavours. It is a mixture of sugar-glazed apples or fried apples, sprinkles of cinnamon, cookie crumble and caramel, but all of this in an ice-cream is a big deal. Sounds good? INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE PIE ICE CREAM
-¼ cup of brown sugar
-⅓ of plain sugar
-5 egg yolk
– unsalted butter
-⅓ heavy cream
-¾ cup of whole milk
– a pinch of salt
– nuts like walnuts or almonds
– a spoon of cinnamon powder
– a teaspoon of vanilla extracts
– 3 medium-size apples (or as per preference)
Cooking time – 45 mins to 1 hour
1. Peel, and cut the apple into one inch of slices.
2. Heat some butter in the pan and let it melt.
3. Add apples into the pan and cinnamon powder along with powdered sugar.
4. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes and refrigerate thereafter.
5. Now for the ice cream take a big bowl and add egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of sugar and whisk until it gets fluffy.
6. Now for the ice cream base, heat a pan, pour the cream and whole milk in it.
7. Add the left sugar and vanilla essence and stir.
8. Cook until the milk reduces and becomes dense.
9. Add the milk mixture into the yolks and stir. Mix it well, until it get a thick and creamy texture.
10. Place the bowl of the mixture on a bowl full of ice. With the help of a blender, whisk it well until it covers the back of the spatula.
11.Add the apples and churn the ice cream once again.

14. Put the mix in the refrigerator overnight or for 6 to 7 hours.
15. Take out the ice-cream and churn it well to remove the ice flakes and to get that creamy textures.

For that, we need the ingredients as follows–
Digestive cookies or oatmeal cookies
Full cream milk
Cinnamon powder or course grounded
To start with the recipe;
. Preheat the oven to 170 to 175 degrees for 15 min.
. Crush the oatmeal or digestive cookies to make it powdered.
. Add some butter and place the mixture into a pie mould, you can also use a baking sheet and cook it for 5 to 10 mins.
. Grab the apples. Peel, and chop them.
. Place a pan on the heat and add butter, apples, cinnamons, and sugar in it.
. Cook until it gets caramelized.
. For the ice cream, place cream, milk, and vanilla essence.
. Stir the mixture until it turns creamy and glossy.
. Now, add the mixture into eggs yolks.
. Alongside make the second cookie tart on a baking sheet.
. Now add the apples and cream on the first tart and freeze it for 4 to 6 hours.
. After that cover the tart with the second tart and let it set again.
