You have a great combo to eat i.e; the most popular Roti + Sabji combo. Have a good amount of wholesome grains and lots of fruit’s which are high in nutrition.

For Example, Have a Dal + Roti + Sabji + Panner Cheela Combo. It is much nutritious than a cup of noodles. While consuming fruits juices it is better to rely on fresh fruits, salad which is preferably a good option to keep in your hostel room.  If you want to munch something have a number of nuts, almonds, or roasted chana.

WEIGHT LOSS PLAN FOR HOSTEL STUDENTS 

EARLY MORNING DIET

1 Glass water with 1 tablespoon of flax seeds. 

BREAKFAST DIET

AT THE MESS: 

  • 1 Grilled Sandwich 
  • 1 plate poha 
  • Dhokla With Chutney 
  • 1 paratha with curd 

These are the basic meal options which are available in your mess. You can also have a glass of milk with oats. As You can also eat a banana or apple for breakfast. 

LUNCH

  • 1 cup of sabzi like (cabbage, spinach, bitter gourd) 
  • 2 Rotis 

EVENING 

 A fruit or cashews you can intake as an evening snack. 

DINNER 

  • A full bowl of dal 
  • 1 cup sabji
  • 1 roti 

OR 

  • Daliya and pulav 

   OR 

  • 1 glass milk+ any fruit ( papaya). 

BEDTIME 

1 glass warm water followed with WORKOUT.
